Worldwide Delivery at Competitive Prices

We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of cleared payments. For UK deliveries (including Jersey and Guernsey), we offer the following delivery options:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery
    • Free on all orders over £10.00
    • £1.99 for orders under £10.00
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery
    • £5.99 for next working day delivery (Orders must be placed before 2:00 pm Monday – Friday for same-day dispatch. Some postcode exclusions apply; please check the Royal Mail website for further information.)
    • This service ensures delivery before 1 pm the next working day.
    • If selected for a preordered item, Next Day Delivery will apply once the item ships.

Dispatch Times
All UK orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and, for 2nd Class delivery, usually arrive within 2-3 working days. Royal Mail’s services are highly efficient and reliable, but delays may occasionally occur due to service disruptions.

Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return policy. If unsatisfied, return the item in original condition for a refund or exchange. For engraved products, returns are not accepted. Cancellations are accepted before shipment; once shipped, orders can only be returned in original condition. Contact us beforehand for all returns, which are processed within 72 hours of receipt (minus initial postage if applicable).
